HC reserves orders on ex-KPSC chairman's bail plea
After completion of arguements by the prosecution and the petitioners counsel, Justice H Billappa posted the matter for orders to November 24.
BANGALORE: Karnataka High Court today reserved orders for November 24 on the bail application of former Karnataka State Public Service Commission (KPSC) chairman H N Krishna, arrested in connection with alleged irregularities in recruitment of gazetted probationer officers.
After completion of arguements by the prosecution and the petitioners counsel, Justice H Billappa posted the matter for orders to November 24.
Krishna, a former state Information Commissioner, has been accused of indulging in irregularities in the KPSC exams conducted during 1998, 1999 and 2004.
A Metropolitan Magistrate court had on October 12 remanded Krishna to judicial custody.
