Have relook at policies governing petrol prices: BJP

NEW DELHI: Oppostion BJP today favoured a relook at policies governing petrol prices in the country so that the common man is not hit by frequent rise in prices.

"There should be a fresh look at policies governing petrol prices," party leader Tarun Vijay told reporters when asked for his comments about a likely hike in petrol prices soon.

He said the policy at present is "confusing" as petrol prices are very high in India and higher taxes are levied on it.

Vijay was speaking on the sidelines of a web launch function here on Nanda Devi Yatra which kicks off next year.
