Haryana, Maharashtra poll results reflection of Modi's 'charisma': Ram Vilas Paswan
Paswan, who had gone to Maharashtra to campaign for BJP candidates, said that LJP had this time not fielded any candidates in Maharashtra and Haryana.

"The results in Maharashtra and Haryana prove all those wrong who were talking of the Modi wave fading away and about bickering within NDA. BJP got majority in the Haryana Assembly, winning 47 seats in the 90-member House, while it has emerged as the single-largest party in Maharashtra.
"These results reflect Modi's magic and charishma. They are also a reflection of the organisational skills of BJP President Amit Shah," Paswan, whose party LJP is an NDA partner in Bihar and at the Centre, told PTI.
Paswan, who had gone to Maharashtra to campaign for BJP candidates, said that LJP had this time not fielded any candidates in Maharashtra and Haryana.
The LJP chief had earlier downplayed the electoral reverses which BJP experienced in recent Assembly bypolls in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand as also the break up of the saffron party's alliance with Shiv Sena in Maharashtra.
Paswan had also refused too read too much into Shiromani Akali Dal, another NDA ally, supporting the rival INLD-JD(U) alliance in Haryana.
The Union food minister had also asserted that the ruling alliance was intact while giving full credit to Modi for NDA's victory in the Lok Sabha polls.
LJP was the first major party from the non-NDA group to align with BJP ahead of Lok Sabha polls.
"The results show that the personality of Modi also dominated the Assembly elections in the two states," he added.
