Harun Yusuf appointed leader of Congress Legislature Party

NEW DELHI: Five-time Congress MLA and former Industry Minister Harun Yusuf was today appointed leader of the Congress Legislature Party.

Congress MLA from Sultanpur Majra Jai Kishan has been made deputy CLP leader.

A Muslim leader, Yusuf has been representing Ballimaran constituency since 1993.

Badli MLA Devender Yadav has been appointed chief whip of the CLP.
