Former Uttarakhand CM Harish Rawat won the Assembly floor test after Centre revoked President's Rule in the state.

1. Harish Rawat will assume office as CM after President's rule is revoked, says Supreme Court.
2. Congress secures 33 votes, BJP gets 28 in the floor test.
3. Floor test was held on May 10 and delivered to the Supreme Court in a sealed cover.
4. Rahul Gandhi called it a victory for democracy and a lesson for Prime Minister Modi. "They did their worst. We did our best. Democracy won in Uttarakhand," he said.
