Guwahati: India's longest river ropeway becomes operational over Brahmaputra
Guwahati has got its first ropeway over River Brahmaputra. It is said to be India's longest ropeway and is expected to become a major tourist spot in the state. The ropeway connects North Guwahati to Guwahati City traversing over the 1.8 KM stretch on the mighty Brahmaputra river. Watch
