Gujarat: Seven IAS officers transferred

AHMEDABAD: Seven IAS officers in Gujarat were today transferred by the state government with immediate effect.


As per the orders, Additional Secretary in the education department, G A Shah, has been made the new Director of Municipalities. Victor Macwan, Director of Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS), has been transferred as District Development officer of Gandhinagar.

Commissioner of Youth Service and Cultural Activities, Rajesh Manjhu, has been transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary Budget in the Finance Department.
He has also been given additional charge of Secretary to the Government in Bureau of Public Enterprise.

Four other officers were also transferred.
