GANDHINAGAR: What had started as a tickle of dissatisfied ticket hopefuls ahead of 2012 Assembly Elections is now growing into a big outflow of legislators from Congress in Gujarat.

In less than 72 hours second sitting MLA from Gujarat Congress has joined BJP on Friday and if the sources are to be believed, more will follow suit. As a matter of fact, post 2012 Assembly elections in Gujarat, five elected Congress MLAs have already switched sides.

While the process had started with Vitthal Radadiya and his son Jayesh Radadiya, who had moved to BJP after Congress refused to entertain his claim for the top post of the party in the state, former BJP strongman Babku Undhad, who had moved to Congress in 2007 returned to BJP in January.
