Grand Alliance to complain to Election Commission against BJP President Amit Shah
BJP Chief Amit Shah announced at a poll rally that if his party loses then people in Pakistan will celebrate by bursting crackers.

Speaking at a public rally in Raxaul, East Champaran, Shah said, "If by any chance the BJP loses this election - though the victory or defeat will take place in Bihar, crackers will be burst in Pakistan."
The Grand Alliance is filing a complaint against Shah.
BJP leaders have time and again spoken on divisive issues like beef consumption, reservations and quota for the minorities. However, the party has insisted that it has always been in response to the provocative remarks of the Grand Alliance.
Asked about the reason for Shah's remarks, BJP leader Sushil Modi told ET, "I have not heard what he said but in my rallies I always say don't paint PM Modi as communal. If there is one person that both China and Pakistan fears, it is him. This draws the maximum applause."
BJP sources say with the fifth phase of Bihar elections drawing near, there is a likelihood of the rhetoric becoming more polarising.
The Seemanchal region of Bihar where polling will be held on November 5, has a sizeable Muslim population.
BJP leader Subramanian Swamy made a controversial tweet that seeks to polarise voters.
"Siculars (secular) are hoping BJP will lose in Bihar. Foolish people. If BJP loses then Hindutva forces will become stronger. Dono haath mein laddoo," he said.
