Govt to hand over privileged documents to JPC

The government has decided to hand over these documents to the JPC probing the scandal.

NEW DELHI: The government, which has been claiming privilege on notes exchanged by its various arms on the 2G allocation, has decided to hand over these documents to the JPC probing the scandal.

Although the decision has the potential of bringing many controversial documents in the public domain, a directive of the special court may have vindicated the A-G’s line.
