Govt showing negligence in feeder improvement programme: Sachin Pilot

JAIPUR: Rajasthan Congress President Sachin Pilot today alleged that the BJP government in Rajasthan was responsible for deaths due to electrocution in the state saying the government is showing "negligence" in feeder improvement programme.

"Three persons have died in the last two days after coming into contact with hanging live electricity wire in the state capital, Pilot said.

Four persons were electrocuted in Alwar recently and more than a dozen were also electrocuted in Alwar last year.

Such incidents are due to the negligence of the government," Pilot said in a statement.

He said the state government is just doing formality in the name of feeder improvement programme.

"The government should make sure that the administration and department take care of such issues," he said.
