Government invites nominations for Padma awards
The process of receipt of nominations for Padma awards, 2015, is open and interested persons can send in their applications by Sept 15, an official said.

NEW DELHI: The Centre has invited nominations for the various categories of Padma awards for 2015.
The process of receipt of nominations for Padma awards, 2015, is open and interested persons can send in their applications by September 15, 2014, a Home Ministry spokesperson said.
Nominations may be sent to the Union Home Minister or to the Union Home Secretary at their offices in North Block at New Delhi-110001 in the prescribed pro forma along with a brief narrative citation, of maximum two pages and containing not more than 800 words.
