The government only made its stand clear when certain remarks were made against the AG's office, Chandy said, adding, it has full faith in AG's office, AG and government pleaders.
"There is good relation between government and judiciary and I do not want to make this issue a dispute between government and judiciary," Chandy added.
In a submission in the assembly yesterday, Chandy had expressed reservation and termed remarks of the Judge as "very unfortunate" and said the government totally disagreed with the court's observations.
Kerala High Court Judge Justice Alexander Thomas during the hearing of cases related to police had criticised the functioning of AG's office.
