GES to strengthen India-US partnership: Ivanka Trump
NEW DELHI: Ivanka Trump, Advisor to the US President, who is leading US delegation for the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Hyderabad between Nov 28-30 on Tuesday stated GES is a strong statement to the partnership between India and America and such exercise would lead to job creation and economic growth.

Ivanka, who will be accompained by US Treasurer and USAID Chief to the GES, said in a telephonic press meet in USA that she will be at opening ceremony of the mega event with PM Narendra Modi on the evening of Nov 28 besides addressing two panels on Nov 29 including one on women entrepreneurship.

The President's daughter also informed 100 entrepreneurs from USA will be part of the GES. "This will be an exciting conference." This is the first time GES is being co-hosted by another country and first time women enterpreneurship is a theme. "I am increasingly excited to be in India invited by PM Modi," Ivanka said in her opening remarks.

Hyderabad will host 1500 young entrepreneurs from 150 countries next week. A majority of the delegates attending the Global Entrepreneurship Summit are going to be women, including from Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia and Israel. Trump administration has declared November as ‘National Entrepreneurship Month’
