General elections 2014: Rebel workers put poster against Murli Manohar Joshi
LUCKNOW: BJP workers in Kanpur protested against party candidate Murli Manohar Joshi and put up posters against him in the city on Tuesday. The rebel BJP workers were identified as supporters of Vikas Jaiswal, former BJP corporator from the city. At a party meeting on Sunday, Jaiswal had misbehaved with Joshi.

He called him an “outsider who had been thrust upon the local BJP leaders” at the meeting which was being attended by a large group pf workers, which had created a furore. While Joshi did not react, the party immediately expelled Jaiswal for six years. On Tuesday, some of his supporters raised anti-Joshi slogans and put up posters questioning his candidature from the industrial city.
