Gauhati HC directed Nagaland govt to make at least two testing labs in the state within 10 days

Guwahati: Kohima bench of Gauhati High Court on Tuesday directed the Nagaland government to make at least two testing labs in the state functional within 10 days.

The court was hearing a PIL filed by Kikrukhonuo, a resident of Kohima passed the order. The bench of Justice Songkhupchung Serto and Justice S. Hukato Swu asked the government to ensure the two hospitals, which have been identified for treatment of Covid-19 patients will have to be made fully equipped to meet the challenge or challenges posed by the Covid-19 within a period of two weeks.

Nagaland is sending samples to Assam to get its test done.
