Making the announcement here on Thursday, Union minority affairs minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said the course will help create job opportunities for the youth belonging to poor sections of minority communities and also strengthen the ‘Clean India campaign’.

“The ministry will start the course at Garib Nawaz centres being established across the country,” Naqvi said, as he took part in the on-going ‘Swachhta Hi Seva’ campaign. The course will include training for cleaning work with latest technology and machines and preparing compost from garbage.
