New Delhi: The Delhi High Court and its subordinate courts will not resume physical hearings till July 15. The high court had earlier suspended physical hearings till June 30. Virtual proceedings through videoconferencing would, however, continue to take up urgent matters, as per latest notifications by the high court. All pending matters listed before the court and scheduled to be heard from July 1 to 15 stand adjourned till August 26, the high court said. All courts, including the Supreme Court, had suspended normal court hearings after the clamping of the nationwide lockdown to check the spread of the coronavirus.
