Fresh ration cards under TPDS to be issued in Jammu
The Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution (CAPD) department of Jammu and Kashmir has decided to issue fresh ration cards to the consumers in the city under targeted public distribution system (TPDS) as per census 2001 population.
JAMMU: The Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution (CAPD) department of Jammu and Kashmir has decided to issue fresh ration cards to the consumers in the city under targeted public distribution system (TPDS) as per census 2001 population.
According to the director of CAPD, Jammu, all the ration card holders are asked to collect declaration forms from their respective ration dealers and return the same duly filed up in all respects to them within seven days. The declaration form will cost Rs one.
The card holders are further advised to fill up correct informations in the form regarding name, age, occupation, address and monthly income of all the members of the family.
