PATNA: Four countries today congratulated Bihar Chief Minister, Nisith Kumar on the state's growth rate and primised to provide help for its development.
The ambassadors of Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden met the chief minister in his office and appreciated the state's growth rate as "excellent", an official spokesman said.
They also lauded the state's consistency in ensuring development with justice and assured all help for further progress of Bihar.
The ambassadors were of Finland's Terhi Haku, Iceland's Gudmundur Erricksson, Norway's Anne Olle Stad and Sweden's Lars Olof.
