Former AAP leader faces sexual harassment case
The victim allegedly owed him Rs 20,000, and as she could not pay him back, he sought sexual favours, as per the FIR. He also molested her on some occasions.

AHMEDABAD: A complaint of sexual harassment was today filed against Mansukh Dhokai, a former AAP leader, at Porbandar.
He has already been arrested in a rape case registered in Rajkot.
"A first information report of sexual harassment was lodged against Dhokai after a lady approached us saying he had asked for sexual favours and frequently molested her," sub-inspector R B Solanki of the woman police station in Porbandar told PTI.
The victim allegedly owed him Rs 20,000, and as she could not pay him back, he sought sexual favours, as per the FIR. He also molested her on some occasions, she has alleged.
The police have registered a case under sections 354 of the Indian Penal Code (outraging modesty of a woman) and 506 (criminal intimidation).
The woman mustered up the courage to approach the police after Dhokai's arrest in a rape case in Rajkot, Solanki said. On November 18, a 17-year-old girl filed a complaint of rape against Dhokai in Rajkot.
Dhokai had contested Porbandar Lok Sabha seat on AAP ticket. He was expelled from the party after the FIR for rape was registered against him.
He has already been arrested in a rape case registered in Rajkot.
