FM to chair southern CMs conference in Bangalore on November 20

BANGALORE: Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram would chair the southern Chief Ministers conference, which would deliberate on financial issues concerning these states, here on November 20.

Chief Ministers Jagadish Shettar (Karnataka), N Kiran Kumar Reddy ( Andhra Pradesh), J Jayalalithaa ( Tamil Nadu), Oommen Chandy (Kerala) and N Rangasamy (Puducherry) are slated to attend teh conference, an official press release said.

Chairpersons of selected public sector banks are also scheduled to participate in the conference, it said.
