Fire at Idea warehouse in Noida

MUMBAI: A fire broke out in Kumar Mangalam Birla's Idea Cellular warehouse in Noida on Friday, but no casualties were reported.

“We have taken all necessary action to control the situation and are getting full support from the local authorities and the Fire Department which has deployed fire engines and personnel to extinguish the fire at the site,” said the company in a statement.

The telecom operator said it has taken all the necessary safety and precautions to ensure that its employees are safe.
