FIR should be registered against Mulayam Singh Yadav: Om Mathur
Terming allegations of IPS officer Amitabh Thakur against SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav as serious, BJP National Vice President Om Mathur today said.

"The allegation of threat on Mulayam by IPS officer Amitabh Thakur is a serious matter. A complaint has been give to the police in this regard and it should register FIR in the matter against Mulayam," Mathur told reporters.
An FIR was registered against Thakur last night accusing him of rape, hours after he lodged a complaint against Mulayam for allegedly threatening him.
Stating that everyone in Mulayam's family considers himself as Chief Minister, Mathur said that this was the main reason for poor law and order in the state.
He said that the party will contest Panchyat polls without its symbol and ensure its presence in the state through this polls. He alleged that fair panchyat polls was not possible under the present regime in the state.
