NEW DELHI: The Delhi and District Cricket Association today made it clear Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley is no longer DDCA's chief patron, having resigned from the post late last year.

Reacting to a news report in a leading magazine in which it was mentioned that Jaitley continued to be the chief patron, the DDCA said in a statement that he had resigned from the post on December 6 last year.

It also sent across a copy of his resignation letter to support its claim.

In a recent report on DDCA, the magazine had claimed that Jaitley continued to be the chief patron.
