Farooq Abdullah calls on Jammu and Kashmir Governor

SRINAGAR: Opposition National Conference President Farooq Abdullah called on Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra and discussed various important issues pertaining to the state.

"Former Chief Minister and President National Conference called on Vohra here at the Raj Bhavan," a spokesperson said today.

He said Vohra and Abdullah, during the meeting last evening, discussed various important issues relating to the growth and development of the state.

This is the first such meeting since Abdullah returned after undergoing successful kidney transplant in the United Kingdom.
