KOTA (RAJASTHAN): BJP general secretary Gopinath Munde has demanded that the quantum of reservation for Scheduled Tribes be extended to the private sector also.
Fund allocation for the STs in Rajasthan's budget should be proportionate to their population in the respective state, he said while addressing a SC/ST rally of the party here yesterday.
Munde said legislators should use at least 20 per cent of their local area development fund in areas inhabited by ST communities.
