Exclusive: Migrants in Bengaluru cause for low voter turnout, says Karnataka Transport minister

On the day of polling for Karnataka Elections 2018, Karnataka Transport minister, R Ramalinga said that it is the volume of migrants in cities like Bengaluru who are the main cause for low voter turnout. He however claimed that Congress will return to power in the state with 125 seats in the Assembly.
