Excerpts of phone recording that caught minister Asim Ahmed Khan red handed?

Recordings of the alleged phone calls between the minister and a middleman raises serious question of propriety. According to an AAP source, "In Old Delhi, properties are made without passing maps. The minister is asking money based on site of plot. This is basically blackmailing, extortion. Because an MLA complaint can stop construction.
