Espionage case: Delhi Police files second FIR for leaks from Coal, Power Ministries
NEW DELHI: The Delhi Police has lodged a second FIR in the corporate espionage case pertaining to leak of official documents specifically from the Coal and Power Ministries. A Noida-based consultant named Lokesh has been arrested by the police in the case.

"One person named Lokesh has been arrested yesterday. During our investigation of the first FIR, it came to our notice that that a person named Lokesh has been indulging in removal of official documents from the Ministry of Coal and Power and selling them for money. We are going to arrest his accomplices soon," Delhi Police Commissioner BS Bassi said on Monday.

12 persons have earlier been arrested in the 1st FIR in the corporate espionage case pertaining to the Petroleum Ministry. Police will be producing four of these accused in a court on Monday.

Six more persons detained from Shastri Bhawan in the 2nd FIR, including some government employees, say police sources. This is on the disclosures made by Lokesh who was arrested last night. These six persons could also be arrested.
