NEW DELHI: The remainder of England's limited-overs cricket tour of India has been scrapped and a Champions League Twenty20 tournament scheduled for next week has been postponed following terror attacks that killed more than 100 people in Mumbai.

While the English squad remained near Cuttack, where it lost Wednesday night to go 5-0 down in a seven-match limited-overs series, England and Wales Cricket Board and Board of Control for Cricket in India officials met Thursday and agreed to postpone the last two ODI matches in Guwahati and New Delhi .

Next month's two test matches in Ahmedabad and Mumbai are also in doubt. The inaugural Champions League tournament, featuring provincial champions from five countries, was later postponed to a date yet to be determined.
