Two separate summon have been issued. The first asked the representatives of the company to appear on July 13 while second directed Nagar to be present on July 14.

According to ED, two separate summon have been issued on Thursday. The first asked the representatives of the company to appear on July 13 while second directed Nagar to be present on July 14, said officials. The summons was issued by the Jaipur branch of ED.
Nagar, according to ED, hails from Faridabad in Haryana and is the key links in all the land deals. His name appears on all the land documents purchased by Vadra-linked firm from 2009-12 in Rajasthan. Nagar reportedly also invested in land in Haryana on behalf of the firm, claimed ED officials, citing Bikaner’s police chargesheet into the land allotments.
ED had initially sought appearance and production of documents by the private firm on June 24, however, the lawyer (representative) who turned up at the ED’s office were not authorised by the authorities following which the agency decided to issue fresh summons, explained a senior ED official. Vadra, however, has denied any wrongdoing.
