Election Commission of India has taken several decisions to ensure smooth elections

The Election Commission of India under its new Chief Nasim Zaidi has take taken several small but significant decisions over the last few months to ensure smooth elections. Since none of these decisions need the Parliament’s nod, the poll panel has started implementing them right away. Some could even be in place at the time of Bihar elections later this year:
