Egyptian Minister to be first visting leader to meet Rahul Gandhi
Rahul Gandhi, despite being a PM hopeful, has neither displayed much interest in international affairs nor made any special effort to engage with India’s partners abroad. In his decadelong stint in Parliament, he has made official visits to China, Afghanistan, Egypt and New Zealand.
