ED made seventh attachment in Saradha scam

KOLKATA: The Enforcement Directorate has today attached the property of former minister Matang Singh and his former wife Manoranjana in connection with Saradha chit fund scam.

This is the seventh attachment made by the ED. The estimated cost for all attachments are around Rs 650 crore.

The directorate has today sealed the bank accounts of Singh. According to sources, deed value of the attached property is around Rs 28 crore while the market price has gone up to Rs 150 crore.
