EC blocks release of book on Rafale deal, cites Model Code of Conduct
The Election Commission, on Tuesday, blocked the release of a book on the Rafale deal citing Model Code of Conduct (MCC) ahead of the Lok Sabha polls. The book titled 'Rafale- a scam that rocked the nation' written by author S Vijayan was supposed to be released today by N Ram, the chairman of The Hindu- Times Now reported.
