MADURAI: Dummy numbers will be given in plus two answer sheets of nine subjects from this June to maintain the secrecy of those who wrote it and the valuation centres.
The system will be introduced during the reexamination for failed candidates, to be conducted in June. About one lakh candidates are expected to write the re examination, officials in the examination department said.
Official sources said a fly leaf would be provided,wherein candidates could write their original registration numbers. They would be replaced later with a fly sheet containing dummy numbers given by teachers who were in no way connected with the Plus two examination. "The secrecy would thus be maintained," they added.
