Don't believe in any political legacy: Jaivardhan, Digvijay Singh's son
BHOPAL: Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh's son, Jaivardhan, who joined Congress recently amid indications that he might contest the upcoming Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, said on Thursday he did not believe in any "political legacy".

"I do not believe in any legacy and my faith is only in Congress party," Jaivardhan said replying to a query.

The 27-year-old alumnus of Doon school, who did his graduation from SRCC in Delhi University, and MBA in rural development at America's Columbia University, formally joined Congress this June amid indications that he might contest from Raghogarh constituency, which has been nurtured by his father over a period of time.

On the prospective chief ministerial candidate of Congress for Madhya Pradesh, which is going to polls this year end, Jaivardhan replied, "Jyotiraditya Scindia, Kamal Nath and Ajay Singh are all senior and respectable leaders".

Intense speculations are on in the state Congress over likely candidate of the party for the post of chief minister.
