Doctors say Baba Ramdev should be shifted to ICU

Doctors attending to Baba Ramdev have advised that the yoga guru should be immediately hospitalised and treated in Intensive Care Unit as his health continues to deteriorate.

HARIDWAR: Doctors attending to Baba Ramdev have advised that the yoga guru should be immediately hospitalised and treated in Intensive Care Unit as his health continues to deteriorate.

Releasing Ramdev's health bulletin, the doctors said that if Ramdev did not break his fast he may suffer irreversible damage to his body.

The doctors said the yoga guru's pulse rate was as low as 98/min and his blood pressure had dipped to 104/70.

The team of doctors said that Baba Ramdev's kidney function has also been adversely affected and needs immediate medical attention.

The doctors said that they have updated the state government authorities about Baba's health and have urged them to take necessary actions.
