Disgruntled passenger creates hoax bomb scare on Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express, train stopped at Dadri

The passenger tweeted: "I want to inform that there are 5 bombs in a train rajdhani(12424) going from new delhi to kanpur central. Please take some action on this quickly"

SP Government Railway Police Agra and Indian Railways took cognizance of the matter and directed RPF Northern Railways to take the relevant action.
Following a fake bomb scare from a disgruntled passenger over a "four hour delay" Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express was stopped at Dadri.

Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express 12424 from New Delhi to Dibrugarh was stopped at Dadri following a tweet from a passenger about the presence of 5 bombs on the train.

The passenger tweeted:


"I want to inform that there are 5 bombs in a train rajdhani(12424) going from new delhi to kanpur central. Please take some action on this quickly"



The passenger posted his second tweet around at 7.16 PM, "this tweet was posted by me under mental stress, since my brother's train was 4 hours late, this made me angry.I apologize to Indian government."

SP Government Railway Police Agra and Indian Railways took cognizance of the matter and directed RPF Northern Railways to take the relevant action.

"Investigation started by the railways' IT cell and appropriate action will taken," the railway spokesperson said

The train was stopped at Dadri station.
