GUWAHATI: Stung by the arrest of Jewel Gorlossa , Chairman of black widow fraction of Dima Halam Daogah (DHD), (DHD-J) the militant has offered unilateral truce. The chief judicial magistrate court, Kamrup on Saturday remanded Jewel to a 14-day police custody.
During the period Jewel along with his henchmen, Partho Warisa and Samir Ahmad will be interrogated with National Investigation Agency (NIA).
