Demonetisation: PM Narendra Modi threatening those highlighting people's sufferings, says Mamata Banerjee
I shall go to Delhi tomorrow. Planning to rush to Lucknow on November 29, said Mamata Banerjee.

"I shall go to Delhi tomorrow. Planning to rush to Lucknow on November 29. Later, I have plans to go to Bihar and Punjab on December 1 and 2 respectively," chief minister told reporters at the state administrative headquarters of Nabanna.
She also said she would not succumb to any pressure and continue her fight against sufferings of common people due to demonetization. "There is no point threatening me. I shall be talking against sufferings of people due to demonetization. Even if I am thrown into jail, I shall continue shouting against people's sufferings. No one can stop me from doing this," Mamata said.
She also alleged that there had been a big scam behind prime minister's decision. "There has been a huge scam behind the demonetization and I want to know what is that scam. The prime minister must have a secret agenda behind his decision to scrap high value currency notes. All the political parties are opposing this and we want each of these political outfits beside us in our fight against the Centre," Mamata said.
"The Centre is snatching white money from common people by introducing demonetization and black money is piling up in the hands of a few unscrupulous persons. There is no money in the hands of poor and common people and I have no option left before me than to oppose this move which might bring a famine-like situation in the country.," she added.
