The maximum in the national capital was recorded at 19.5 degrees Celsius, one notch below normal, while the minimum was three notches below normal, the MeT department said.

Humidity in air fluctuated between 92 and 46 per cent. The forecast is for mainly clear skies with, however, partial clouds and light rain or thundershowers likely at some places.

The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to be around 20 and 5 degrees, respectively.
