Former secretary (services) Ashish More has written a letter to the Union home ministry complaining against Delhi government minister Saurabh Bharadwaj.

“Tum log elected government ki baat nahi sunte ho. Chief secretary ke behkaave mein aa kar elected government se punga le rahe ho. Mai abhi dekhta hun aage tum log naukri kaise karte ho. (You officers are not listening to the elected government. You have fallen in the trap of the chief secretary and trying to take on the elected government. I will see how you continue this job),” More wrote. He alleged that AAP leader Bhardwaj had threatened him on May 16. According to More, Bharadwaj had asked him to sign a piece of paper in front of two other officials.

More, a 2005 batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer, wrote that when he refused to sign Bhardwaj intimidated him with dire consequences. “Bhardwaj called More to his chamber at 1.15 pm and sought to know files pertaining to notification of Civil Services Board (CSB), issued in the year 2014,” stated the letter. It said the minister later called Kinny Singh, special secretary (services-II), and enquired about CSB files to which she replied that the file pertains to Services-I which is looked after by another officer.
