Modi went on to hit out at both Congress and AAP for 'ruining Delhi'. "Congress ruined Delhi in 15 years, this temporary party (AAP) wasted one year," Modi said. "Congress keeps asking us why did brought ordinances. We brought ordinances so that e-rikshawaalas can be provided legal protection," Modi said.
Pitching Delhi as a potential world-class city, Modi said, "When the world looks at India, they first look at Delhi. With a view of Delhi they make a perception about India."
Hitting out at those who repeatedly raise the issue of price rise and inflation, Modi said, "Those who ask us about price rise, can I ask you what the price of a gas cylinder was in January 2014, and what is it in January 2015? One year ago a gas cylinder was sold at Rs 1240, today it is available at Rs 605."
"I want to resolve power problems in Delhi. By 2022, all the poor will have thei rown house," Modi went on to promise.
