The matter, which was scheduled to come up for hearing today, was posted for tomorrow as Metropolitan Magistrate Richa Gusain Solanki was on leave today.
The complaint, filed by advocate Arun Kumar, accused Kejriwal of deliberately abetting bribery.
Kumar has alleged that Kejriwal, despite himself being a former Delhi chief minister and knowing the fact that acceptance of bribe is punishable under law, instigated the voters to do such a thing.
The complaint sought Kejriwal's prosecution for alleged offences of abetment, offering or accepting bribe and punishment for bribery under the Indian Penal Code.
The Election Commission has already ordered Kejriwal to "desist" from making such comments on bribing of voters by political parties and warned him of strict action in the event of any violation
