Delhi North-east MP Manoj Tiwari said action should be taken not only against the driver, but also those responsible for security lapses.
"We met Rajnath Singh and discussed how to improve the safety of women. There should be zero-tolerance against this issue. We want an early result in the case. Looking at the 'Nirbhaya' case (of December 2012), we also appeal to the courts to expedite rape cases at the earliest," Tiwari said.
