Delhi government appoints 183 Account Service officers

NEW DELHI: Delhi government today appointed 183 Account Service Officers (ASOs) in the posts of Senior Account Officers and Assistant Account Officers.

The appointment and upgration was approved by the Delhi Chief Secretary D M Spolia on the recommendations of Departmental Promotion Committee ( DPC), according to a release issued by Delhi goverment.

25 ASOs have been appointed as Senior Account Officers and 29 as Assistant Account Officers.

Also, 46 Assistant Accounts Officers have been promoted to the post of Accounts Officers.

The Chief Secretary has also granted financial up-gradation to 83 Officers to the next higher scale under MACP (Modified Assured Career Progression)scheme on the recommendation of DPC.
