Starting Wednesday, BJP’s national leadership will also launch a “vision statement” for the next ten days, giving party’s plans for Delhi on issues like inflation, womensafety , corruption, power, water , Yamuna cleaning project, infrastructure etc. Titled d u s d i n d u s k h a y a, the first part of the vision document will be launched by party’s senior leader Arun Jaitely.
Sources said that Jaitely who till now was not much visible in Delhi election scenario will now be actively seen campaigning for the candidates and holding meetings. On Tuesday Jaitely held a detailed meeting with party’s publicity committee in party’s Delhi office.
Party has also launched a digital campaign to reach out to housewives, students and other voters. “We will pop up BJP ads on websites related to songs, games, job portals, online shopping etc. A click on the ad will take the viewer to BJP’s website —delhideservesbetter .com —where we shall share our ideas for Delhi ,” said Ashish Sood, party’s publicity committee head.
