Delhi elections 2015: Kiran Walia objects to Kejriwal affidavit, may move court
Walia said Kejriwal had failed to include details of an FIR against him in his affidavit, which amounted to concealment of facts.

Walia said Kejriwal had failed to include details of an FIR against him in his affidavit, which amounted to concealment of facts. She also said the party would challenge Kejriwal on the address provided by him in the affidavit. "Someone showed me a copy of the FIR, which was registered under orders of the metropolitan magistrate. I do not know what the offence is but this fact has been concealed in Kejriwal's affidavit and all parties present at the SDM office protested against this. We will approach the court if we have to for his disqualification," said Walia.
AAP sources said they heard about the FIR only during the scrutiny on Thursday. "There are several cases listed against Kejriwal and all have been mentioned in the affidavit. However, this was a case filed against one volunteer in which several people, including Kejriwal, were made party. However, when it was handed over to the investigating officer, he did not find anything concrete with it. Since no notice was sent to Kejriwal, how he would know there was such an FIR," said an AAP member.
On the issue of his address, Walia said he had furnished the address of a house in BK Dutt Colony in the New Delhi constituency while he stays in Kaushambi. "The matter had been raised by an NGO as well but this is a perfectly legitimate address. The two rooms on this address have been with the party for the past couple of years. He already has a voter ID card from Delhi and only his address is being changed," said party sources.
